Saturday Breakfast Muffins...

Basically my sister and I were very very hungry and we dind't had much in the much in the fridge so we created this delicious Breakfast Muffins. They're easy and very tasty.
HOPE YOU ENJOY!! :)

INGREDIENTS:
(6 muffins)
- 4 eggs
-any cheese of your choice
-a salty type of ham (we used spanish curred ham)
-and normal sandwich ham
-milk

TO SPICE IT UP

-Minced garlic
-Pepper
-Oregano

First of all preheat your oven (350 degrees Fahrenheit)

Mix milk and the 4 eggs

Then add the minced garlic, pepper and oregano. Pour as much as you like :)

If you can't find a cheese shredder (like us) use a pair of scissors and cut the cheese in little squares.

Roll up the cheese and first cut it horizontally (don't move the little rolls from where they are). Then cut ir vertically and to finish chopp it.

Mix everything together!!!!

So that the muffins don't get stuck in the cupcake pan, grab a napkin and some butter and spread it all over the little cupcake holes.

Pour the mixture, as if you were baking cupcakes

Roll up the curred ham and cut it into little rolls and put as many as you like in every muffin.

Take some more cheese and put it on top of the muffins

Lastly put them in the oven for 25-30 minutes.

And tadaaa your super delicious and easy "Saturday Breakfast Muffins"

TO SERVE!

If you want to add a little extra something, take some dijon mostrad and pour it over the muffins. You'll thank me later believe me!

And there you have them, super easy and fast!

Back to school esentials!

And my favourite part about starting schools is the BACK TO SCHOOL SHOPPING!!
 *happy dance*
These are some of the things I bought, so that you can get a little inspired to go and buy your school supplies. ENJOY :)

THE BASICS!
These are some of the things I will be constanly using.

First of all an agenda, I got mine from JCrew and I love the black and gold patern. The pages are great quality, the only thing is that it doesn't come with dates or anything so it's like a journal basically.

My bright red pencil case is from MANGOs Touch collection and I love it. It is on sale right now so if you like it go get you some, you're welcome in advance.

I'm one of those girls who like to stay organized so colored fine line pens are a MUST. And these ones from Stabilo make me very very happy.

I think that my binder is something that stands out in the picture. To make it I just bought a plain white binder and took a black paper and draw something pretty to keep me motivaste througout the year.

Thank god my school gives provides us notebooks, besucase I really don't like the ones in stores. The one on the right is my chemistry notebook. I personalized all of my notebooks, they all have the same black half but a different color on the other side.

A compas and a "dreieck" as I call that funny looking ruler are also very useful for maths and other classes which involve numbers and graphs.

An Ipad or tablet are very helpful for taking notes or reading. I got my cover at Nordstrom and its from Kate Spade.

Obviously your phone and ipod+headphones to hear your favourite songs all day round
(or in the bus )

A lip balm, handsanitizer and a cute watch will always make you feel pretty, and clean.

A mobile internet USB (I don't know how they're called) has saved my life several times because my school wifi sucks. Also a portable charger is an amazing life saver.

INSIDE MY PENCILCASE!

I think its pretty obvious that I love black pena, I have them in every single point size posible (even a 0.05) I know I have a problem, but don't judge me.

My school taught to write with a fountain pen and mine's from a little italian store called Campo di Marzio or something like that. Therefore I also have tinten killer (I really don't know the english word for that but it is used to erase the tint of the pen)

An 8GB gold USB (I guess you might have noticed that gold is a thing this year for me)

Liquid paper

A very thin eraser

And of course a black sharpie :)

THE BACKPACK!

So to carry everything this kipling backpack, which I got last summer and it is great :)

And last but not least...
THE LAPTOP

You can't be a senior without a computer. I love this baby it has a red hard shell and a beautiful cover to protect it :) If you like the background IT IS MY PICTURE!!

Well, I hope you're all having a nice day!

The weekend before: first day of school

And it's that time of the year once again! Because I'm entering my senior year and my sister's starting highschool we decided to pamper ourselves to start a new years fresh and beautiful!

So leT's get started!
DAY 1

LETS OPEN UP THOSE PORES!!
First we used this vaporizer kind of machine which will open up our pores to get a better cleansing.
*shoutout to my sister posing there*

After opening our podes we threw some of the Origins Out of trouble face mask on and a Biore deep pore cleansing stripe.

10 MINUTES LATER!
Wait for about 10-15 minutes and with a damp face cloth remove the face mask and peel off the stripe

Then apply a toner of your choice and a moisturizer

DAY 2!
By this time school will be a few hours away so what a better way to relax than with a nice warm bath!

This cute little bear is the Butterbear bathbomb from LUSH, if you can't find it the Bodycology toasted vanilla sugar foaming body wash works as well. Mix the two together for a nourishing cozy and vanillaish bubblebath.

Disolve the bear in hot running water and pour some of the body bash into the bathtub and enjoy for a  few minutes, maybe hours if you want.

watch a movie,TV series or some YouTube videos like I did. I was watching ICovetthee's Beauty Favourites 2014, which is a great video so go check it out. Tell her I sent you and that I say Hi

After spending a while relaxing take a sugar scrub and scrub all your troubles away. I used this one, from the supermarket, but you can use any brand you like.

Then I washed my face and grabed my PMD for my weekly treatment. *read my 2014 Beauty Favourites to find out more about this product*

After that apply some toner, an overnight moisturizer, and a relaxing cup of tea *also a stress relief pill if you feel anxious LIKE ME*

♥
Have an amazing first day of school! Wish you the best!

Fallen from heaven COOKIES!

Basically the best cookies EVER! The best way to end your holiday vacation! (and starting the after-holiday diet)

YOU'LL NEED!!!

A stand mixer (because it's easier than doing it by hand)
Waxpaper
3-4 trays
  • 2 sticks softened butter
  • 3/4 Cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 Cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 Tablespoon pure vanilla
  • 3 1/2 Cupall purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 10 oz bag chocolate chips
  • 1 bag Oreo Cookies
MAKE SURE YOU PREHEAT THE OVEN BEFORE START COOKING (350 degrees F)

FIRST!!
Mix brown and granulated sugar with the butter until it gets a creamy consistency.

MEANWHILE!

Mix the dry ingredients (flour, baking soda and salt) in another bowl.

Add the eggs and continue mixing.

While using the stiring motion of the mixer, add the dry ingredients SLOWLY (If you do it to fast you'l regret it, believe me)

Then add the vanilla

This is how the cookies dough looks like when ready (here's the evidence that I was jamming to TSwift while cooking #phonephotobombing)

With a spatula mix the chocolate chips and the dough together.

To create the cookie take a little bit of the dough and cover the oreo completely
(This recipe will make about 20-24 cookies, you're welcome in advance)

Place the cookies in the trays with the wax paper beneath them. Make sure they're separaste because this babies GROW!!

Wait 10-15 minutes or until the edges of the cookies start to get a golden color. If you want them to be soft and moist take them out before they're fully baked (when the shine of the dough desapears), the heat from the cookie itself will end the baking process.

AND VOILÀ!!
They're perfect for any PJ party or just for fun!!

Have an amazing day and good luck to all of you who starts school tomorrow!
Make sure to upload a picture of your cookies if you bake them, tag me I want to see them (Instagram: @natir__ )

Beauty Favourites 2014

Here's the round up of my favourite beauty products of 2014!!

First of all SKIN!
I have been dealing with acne for over 5 years now, but I have learned how to control blemishes and oily skin. The first step of my skin care routine is cleanser, the First Aid Beauty: Skin Rescue Deep Cleanser with Red Clay, its great for oily sensitive skin and has made wonders for my skin. As a second step I tone my skin with the Clinique Acne Solutions Clarifying Lotion, this help to not with blemishes, but also matiffies the skin. Then I treat upcoming or active blemishes with the Origins Spot Treatment with 2% salicylic acid. The last step is moisturizer, the Clinique Moisture Surge is an amazing product for oily skin, because it's lightweight. For my eyes I have been using a sample of the Clinique All About Eyes, eye cream, which keeps my dark circles not as dark and my under eye areas well moiturized .

Once a week I like to deep clean my face with a face mask. The Origins Out of Trouble 10 minute face mask leaves your skin "baby butt" soft and clams down any angry blemishes.

For a FLAWLESS FACE!!
I have really gotten into mineral foundation, specially this one from BareMinerals *Blemish Remedy Foundation* which has salicylic acid in it (extra points for helping with blemishes).  I haven't found the perfect concealer, but for setting the one I'm using at the moment the MAC Mineralized Skin Finish Natural has been great!! In days when I don't feel like doing a whole face of makeup I just throw some of this powder on and mascara and I'm good to go

I know I'm late on this "cult favourite", but the Beauty Blender it's just uuugh amazing for any liquid product (foundation or concealer)! #flawlessface

EYEEES!!
Eyeliner has been THE ME THING for 2014! I finally managed to do the flick *happy dance*. Thanks to the STILA Stay all day liquid eye-liner and the UrbanDecay 24/7 eye-liner for making my life easier!! Mascarawise, two have really rocked my world the L'Oreal Voluminous Million Lashes and the TARTE Gifted Smart Mascara are definitely worth the hype!!

The perfect LIPS!!

Thank you MAC for introducing to me the DIVA matte-lipstick! FINALLY THE PERFECT RED SHADE FOR ME!! If you have small lips or you are into that "vampi-lip" trend definitely go near a MAC counter and try it, you wont regret it. For moisturizing my lips, the Fresh SUGAR lip balm in Honey, has become a must have. It hasn't left my purse since I purchased it!

2014 showed me the power of Lip-liner! MAC's lip-liner in Whirl gives you  the perfect "Kylie Jenner" lip. (I do mix it with the BareMinerals Marvelous Moxie lipstick in Speak Your Mind).

Smelly Smell!!
My two favourite fragrances of 2014 have been the Marc Jacobs Daisy Eau Fresh and and little "Vanille" perfume from Anthropologie. (My boyfriend's favourite)

Last but not least, THE GADGET!
The PMD is a Personal MicroDerm thing, which gets rid of all the dead skin in your face and body. It has made WONDERS for my skin, my acne scars are less visible since I started using this baby. You only have to use it once a week and it won't take more than 10 minutes. Just BE CAREFUL don't over use it, it could damage your skin.
